This 4 bedroom, 2 bath newly renovated home is centrally located just 4 min 30 sec walk to the beach on North Hutchinson Island on Florida's Treasure Coast.
We have endless amenities, especially for the kids including our entertainment room; complete with a 8' regulation size pool table, kids games, bunk beds, 4k TVs throughout the house and our newest thrill.... RAZOR ESCOOTERS!!! That's right, ESCOOTERS are available for both kids and adults. (Rental fees apply. Please contact us for more information.) Enjoy our heated pool and our large pool deck complete with chaise lounge chairs, infinity chairs, pool toys, BBQ grill, beach towels, beach chairs and a cart to haul it in. Our kitchen has 3 ovens and is fully stocked with everything you will need to feed your family. If you are looking for real Florida luxury living, this home is for you!

Summary: The property was awesome! It was clean when we arrived and the air conditioning worked great. There was plenty of room in the house and it was decorated nicely. Our favorite part of the house was the pool, which we used the whole trip. The beach was a short distance away and it was mostly empty of other visitors.
